What does the landscape of craft brewing look like these days? The Brewers Association gives us window into it each year with its annual release of the Top 50 U.S. Craft Brewing Companies. This Spring’s Top 50 saw little change in the top 10. D.G. Yuengling and Son Inc. holds the top spot with Boston Beer Co. in the second and Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. at three. New Belgium Brewing Co. and Duvel Moortgat, respectively, complete the Top 5. The only change in the top 10 was Artisanal Brewing Ventures (Victory, Southern Tier, and Sixpoint Brewing) slipping past Deschutes Brewery of Oregon. Other notable breweries and their rankings: No. 14 Sweetwater Brewing Co. (GA), No. 15 New Glarus (WI), No. 27 Troegs Brewing Co. (PA), No. 28 Allagash Brewing Co. (ME), No. 31 Three Floyds (IN), No. 45 Saint Arnold Brewing Co. (TX), and No. 50 North Coast Brewing Co. Inc. (CA).
