Roswell, GA – Gate City Brewing Co. has just announced the release of Fast Fjord. This Norwegian style IPA was previously been available on draft at the brewery’s taproom in the Roswell Historic District and will now be available in six packs of 12 oz. cans in both the tap room To Go or throughout its distribution footprint.

Fast Fjord utilizes unique Norwegian Kveik “Ka-Wike” yeast strain that provides light fruity esters. It is brewed with an impressive dose of Idaho Gem, Citra, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, & Mosaic Hops that add tropical fruit aromas and flavors. Weighing in at a 6.3% ABV, this is a very approachable IPA with interesting flavors and aromas without the bitterness that many are familiar with in the West Coast style IPA’s. It’s a great entry point for new craft beer drinkers and craft beer enthusiasts looking for something unique. This beer will be released to general distribution by the end of March and is definitely one to be on the lookout for.
