Perfect night cap for a rainy summer evening. Pretoria Fields Walkers Station Stout 6.5% ABV. Pleasing aroma. Dessert-like flavor, without the adjuncts. Quality, straight ahead stout is hard to come by, like porter. @pretoriafieldsbrewing nails it with Walkers Station. Well crafted.

I can always count on @archesbrewing to come correct with quality lager styles. So excited to get my hands on some Heritage 5% ABV Helles. They hit a home run with this one! Just one look at this gorgeous brew and you anticipate a joyous drinking experience. Quality all around. Starts with a foundation of pilsner malt from Epiphany Craft Malts. Carefully and dutifully crafted with Arches certain attention to details. Medium bodied, bready and light toast aromas and flavors combine with spicy noble hops for that traditional German Helles character. It's clean and refreshing, well crafted! Side note: well designed label!

This is @orpheusbrewing Plants Have No Memories courtesy of @theconcreterepairspecialist of Chattanooga, TN. (TY!) A sour/American Wild Ale made with Gewurtzraminer grape juice. It is hopped with Hallertau Blanc & Wakatu hops on a malt base of 2 row and Honey malted barley. I wasn't sure I'd like this but the combination works beautifully. It starts a little sweet, but quickly transitions to tart, followed by white grape flavor that is light on the palate and displays a graininess mid-taste straight to the end. It has a moderate sweetness in the malt backbone to balance out the tartness. Finish is short. Low on the bitterness scale. I didn't catch a lot of wild ale funkiness, but I am not that sensitive to it either. The lighter body and carbonation makes this a nice summer sip. Well crafted!

One of the things I love about NoFo Brew Co is they are not afraid to try something that is not the usual or that is more traditional/classic. Take this Kellerbier (cellar beer) Wake to Wake 4.2% ABV. This is not actually a beer style so much as a serving style. For British cask ale fans, think of it as the German version of cask ale. A young, unfiltered beer served at cellar temperature. It's low to no carbonation. Wake to Wake is a Helles style served young. It is malt forward, with bready and grainy flavors and has some spicy noble hops character finishing with a mild to restrained bitterness. Lots of fresh beer characteristics. Not for everyone, but definitely a nice drinking experience. Great way to experience fresh lager beer.

A little @cigarcitybrewing Florida Cracker on a Wednesday afternoon. A Belgian style White Ale at 5.5% ABV, this really hit the spot this afternoon. Nice and light. Spicy and citrusy aroma. Flavors follow aroma. Spot on and refreshing after a day at the beach! Cheers! 🍻

Guess what time it is? That's right. It's Radler Time! Tucker Brewing has fantastic Radler . Roaring Twenties is light and perfectly balanced between sweet and tart with just a hint of bitterness. It's 4% ABV, making it a great companion at the beach or pool this summer. @tuckerbrewingco hits a home run with this refreshing brew. Purchased @jaxfinewineandspirits
